However, I am a "Method" Chef.
What this means:
By keeping a concise Flavor & Fragrance memory
along with a honed set of Core Cooking Skills
one will be able to go into any Pantry, regardless of how limited,
and make a pleasant meal.
A "Recipe" Chef, on the other hand, requires a set of instructions, with a list of ingredients.
In time, the ability to make substitutions will emerge ... though, recipes are still the main focus of technique.
